I might get the original sr3 again I haven't played it in years though, is there a tutorial on how to have npcs as wearable outfits ? I can only mod homie and character xtbl files.

When I was looking through some share your character pictures in the og sr3 thread I saw this and I was wondering how did this guy manage to use these npc outfits, is it possible I could do this too.

the decker outfit was my favorite back in the original and now they have screwed up the outfit by adding a purple color instead.

this would be cool , i wish i had dex's purple visor from gooh converted to iv as a wearable hat to complete my dex character.

is this possible ?, because i created a dex in iv which looks a lot like him im just missing his visor hat.
