I hope so too, especially as they often said they were working on it *off* company hours.

It is sad news, as SR's 2-4 were so pivotal for me when I was still getting my bearings in life. I had hopes for the reboot, that eventually it was gonna take these college nobodies and turn them into proper criminals, but the plot kinda went nowhere on that and sadly the DLC's did not either...

Gat would work but feels predictable for me, was thinking more Fun!Shaundi or even Matt.

-Less Spongy Enemies/More Refined combat system -Higher Stakes, the Boss losing and being humbled a lot more, probably more open to attempting less violent solutions as the well of people to kill dries up. Like, to the point of actually taking a lowball 20% offer. -Greater Mission and Activity...

This might just be me getting on in years, but after trying out the Brighter Future update I think there's actually *too much* side-stuff, like to an exhausting point, though this is more of a general open world knock than SR5 specifically, just feeling tired when it comes to grindy-feeling...

Questionable writing and CEO behavior aside, Gearbox aren't a bad fit for V at all I feel, as mechanically and marketing-wise their stuff is quite solid, I also quite liked Tiny Tina's Wonderlands and it's character customization (as sparse as it was compared to SR5).

Breaking Bad is also a generational trendsetter who's talent calibre comes infrequently, which definately not everyone can and will get. Like I get what they were going for. The street gangsters of the 2000's are not as cool as they used to be and now younger people look up to "Self-Made"...

*Nothing* can prepare a game company for launch day traffic and bug-finding, especially when it comes to multiplayer. Even "Titans of Triple A" like EA and Activision experience buggy horrorshows on launch. There's a ton of reasons but I'd pin more on Deep Silver than V themselves, as behind...

The 2nd got canned. I'm talking about the first, which was *legendarily* buggy on launch to the point that it took unofficial patch makers over a decade to fully pave over everything, along with the game's finale being a lot more forcing of action than roleplay due to time constraints.

Likely cus they received a ton of reports in a similair vein, so excuuuse them for not personalizing every mail.

Not sure about this as today I received a mail from "Koch Media Player Support" asking me to further elaborate on the bug I was experiencing.

Not even 2 lived up to VtM:B in terms of that. Yup. The most vocal criticisms being parroted on social media are actually the most shallow, have barely touched the game or are missing the point (like people complaining about over-the-top car/corpse physics in this over-the-top intended game...

Not sure if I mentioned this here already, but getting some Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines vibes from the reboot. Something one can see clearly has potential and loving aspects to it, but was rushed buggy out the door, most likely at publisher behest. And I only notice this with triple...
