    I want to have all of the changes from Shitfaces Interesting NPC's mod but I want the gangs to have the changes that the SR2 Roots mod makes. Could someone combine the 2 mods? Thanks.

    Add ability to add spinners to car wheels like in Saints row 2

    I think I found code related to it in the vehicle_cust_slots.xtbl file, by click Edit, Find, and then typing spinners. just wondering if anyone with coding knowledge could shed some light on this. Also I found some stuff about spinners in the vehicle_wheel_groups.xtbl files as well.

    Personally not a fan of the sand texture, but other than that I really do love this mod. Gets rid of all the ugly run-down textures and makes steelport look more lively, I love it.

    Idk if it's something with the tools or if it's me, i follow the guides that are on here but I seem to be doing something wrong. I think a video guide on how to mod this game would help many people, including myself.
