I know what you mean about the vehicles spazzing out, it happens with the STAG Vtol Jet too if you descend too quickly while in jet mode

Those pre-release screens show quite a few vehicles that aren't in the game. There's a Quasar in one, iirc. And I haven't seen a Quasar in the 50 hours I've put into the game
