    These tools work well on SR3. But it really confused me when I try to mod SR2. I unpacked the Patch file. I find the static_US.le_strings. I almost try every SR2 tool, still cant extract the le_strings. Please help me, man. Thank you!

    Thanks a lot. What you told me is very helpful. I tried Gibbed tool and unpacked the Misc_tables file. Then I edited some spawn related .xtbls, and those changes works for me. All the morningstar gangsters spawned are female now, but when I tried to edit the other two gangs, it just did not...
