Would there be a way to add stairs to the side of buildings? I know there is a chance of world editing.

If there was a way to patch more fire safety stairs on the side of buildings, would it be possible? There are way to many things I can do with cars in SR4 and super powers ruin the experience. Can't get to certain missions without them though.
