I myself do not need to run it in Admin. I run my user account in Standard too. I've done fresh installs and such. In the RadeonPro settings do not have it Minimize when it starts with Windows. Otherwise it won't detect or hook in properly....

The GOG version is already capped @ 30fps. It has some Nvidia config file. You can disable / remove it or not enable it in RadeonPro. I'll try to find it later and post it here. You can take a look in the Saints Row section of the Gog forums. I use Win10 with RadeonPro, no issues.

With Saints Row 2 on GOG you should be able to now use this 4GB memory exe patch which may help with game performance and modding: http://www.ntcore.com/4gb_patch.php
