Kinda late but, you can use just the following files from SR2 Roots mod: character.xtbl, character_definition.xtbl eventually npc_color_palette (for morningstar red colored tie - it's dark purple originally) and spawn_info_groups + notoriety_spawn (for luchadores driving estrada bikes)
