    SOLVED CCAR_PC and GCAR_PC files

    Can someone explain me CCAR_PC and GCAR_PC files and how to get them. I'm trying to make SNG sandstorm and after looking at bike_standard02_cust file there is little chance to have US style police bike. Thanks for any help.
