Originally, it would say that the Inauguration Station crashed (I never had it installed either). Now that doesn't even happen anymore, Steam just says that "this app is already running". This happens now immediately after reaching the Main Menu, I can't even reach the playable part :(

Same for me. After the first try after doing that, it seemed to be working fine. From the second attempt on however, it got worse.
