Missing Textures and Crashing on mission passed/cut scenes as well as clothing crashes

I honestly dont have a clue whats going on even with gotr the game acts like its on crack by crashing on missions and not loading in textures for half the map so I dont know where the fuck I'm going half the time
Any Help/Advice?

Okay changing the compatibility mode fixed the missing textures but It still wants to crash on missions so I cant progress any further​
