Return of Lin (Shaundi replacement) Hi. Inspired by insanity and Google images I bring you a ripped-jeans, re-textured Lin re-imagined for SR3's batshit universe. I just feel Lin's character is a far better fit for the games story than Shaundi with her 360 personality change. Instillation/What it does: The mod files have been seperated into different folders in the archive. -Character - Drop str2 and ASM file into the SR3 root folder (Steam/steamapps/common/SR3). This changes base Shaundi and the bobblehead models to Lin. -Interface - Again drop files into root folder. Interface backend cpeg and gpeg alters the recruited homie and phone icons, the STR.2 file and corresponding ASM change the unlock screen picture that displays after the mission "I'm falling, free falling" -Strings - Changes in game text(Shaundi to Lin). Add to root folder. -Tables - Changes Lin's height, removes dodgy eyelashes and changes spawn rank to Angel (meaning she uses melee attacks more and spawns with an AR-55) again drop in SR3 main folder -Preload rigs - Send VPP file to packfiles/pc/cache - controls mesh movement (I think?) like hair etc. Issues - Attempting to edit SaintsBook icons proved troublesome, this remain unchanged; as does the gangstas in space Shaundi homie for similar reasons. Compatability - If you already have files that are the same and don't mind playing without the changed icons and text it would be best just to install the character and preload rig files to avoid conflict. If you already have a character container ASM file then update that one using Vipers ASM updater from the tools section on site. -If you already have character definitions then download notepad+ go to lines 167/168 search for True and change to False otherwise Lin may turn up with blue eyelash tips, because reasons....
