Parameters:
handle (integer) handle of the vehicle
 
Returns:
(enumeration) special type of the vehicle
Description:
Get the vehicle special type of a vehicle.

The possible special vehicle types are:
 VST_AMBULANCE
 VST_BUS
 VST_FBI
 VST_FIRETRUCK
 VST_INDUSTRIAL
 VST_METER_MAID
 VST_NEWS_VAN
 VST_POLICE
 VST_SWAT_VAN
 VST_TAXI
 VST_TOW_TRUCK
 VST_LIMO
 VST_ATV
 VST_TANK
