You can actually modify (in-game) a car and then get another stock car and modify the second one into the alternate version.
Example: You have 2 Vortexes. Vortex A is pink color with spoiler. Vortex B is black color without spoiler. Vortex C is blue color with yellow rims.
Is that what you want?

thanks for your advice, what I mean is getting a type of vehicle and all its variants, whether common or unobtainable, like the Tornado (which its variants are Assault, Saints, Morningstar, Police and SNG) and I found the way to get them: (http://saintsrow.wikia.com/User_blog:452/SRTT_vehicle_cheat_file) by modding the game files.
IdolNinja made a pack of additional cheats. You can easily modify them to include unused and rare variants of vehicles.
