More hair options

I felt the hair options in SR2 were not so expansive. They were either very short styles or full length female hairs. There was no medium length hairs like in SR:TT. Is there any chance of adding new hairs or replace some old hairs with styles modeled after SR:TT hairs?

Creating or replacing models like hairstyles is not possible with the current tools. The file formats between SR2 and SRTT/SRIV are also completely different, so you can't port anything between the games.
 
I'm aware that one cannot port the hairs from SRTT/SRIV. So it's not possible to remodel an old SR2 hairstyle into a new model?

No. There is no way to replace models in SR2 at this time.
