I'm just curious, is the reason for the frequency of the pixelating and re-rezzing to free up GPU, or purely for effect? It seems to happen a little more frequently when my fps drops, so I'm not sure if it's the cause or the remedy for it. Fortunately it doesn't happen during activities and quests.

How do you use extended cheats? Will it invalidate achievements?
This could've been a cool effect if it weren't used indiscriminately. Like once a second while trying to look at body mods I'm selecting from. I swear, VG developers have no self-control; as soon as they discover an effect, they use the hell out of it. It's the new film grain!

Additional Cheats
It also turns off the cheat flagging in your game when you use them. Saves and achievements work normally.
