Hi all. I want to create a mod based on a "Conquest" style of gameplay. Similar to the game Risk, but where you can pick from the different gangs at the start. Cops and Ultor are also classed as gangs, but would operate in the same way as they do currently, albeit trying to wipe out all other gangs! Only objective is to capture the whole city for your gang. Would this be possible?
