Can play your own songs in SRIV

You can play your own songs while playing SRIV, by simply having Winamp or similar playing before you start the game. Turn off the music in-game.

I know it's not what you meant, but it's a workaround.
 
i wish they did something like that for SR5 where you have your own radio station where its all songs you have chosen from your library, just like Independence FM in GTA IV

if there was a way and it involve replacing songs i wouldnt mind that, theres not too many songs in my mixtape anyway as its just SR2 that featured the best songs in the series IMO
